A Community Built for Growth
The Social Connection is a community-based program serving neurodivergent adults ages 18+ through two welcoming hubs in Lafayette and Pleasant Hill, CA. We foster belonging, growth, and opportunity through inclusive, skill-building experiences that support social development, career exploration, and independent living.
Members are part of a vibrant, structured community where strengths are recognized and nurtured. Through creative expression, vocational training, and real-world skill development, growth is not only taught — it is practiced and lived. We believe adulthood should be filled with purpose, connection, and continued learning. Whether preparing for employment, increasing independence at home, or building confidence in social settings, members receive the guidance and supportive environment needed to take meaningful next steps.
